AT DOUBLE RAINBOUU WE TAKE GREAT PRIDE IN THE QUALITY OF OUR PRODUCTS AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WE PROVIDE. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE OR YOU WOULD LIKE TO RETURN FOR ANOTHER REASON PLEASE SEE THE INFORMATION BELOW.

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR CHANGE OF MIND HOWEVER WE ARE HAPPY TO OFFER OUR CUSTOMERS AN EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER STYLE OR SIZE OR AN ONLINE CREDIT NOTE THAT DOES NOT EXPIRE. THE RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE:

- IN ORIGINAL PURCHASE CONDITION.

- ALL TAGS, STICKERS ARE INTACT.

- THE EXCHANGED ITEMS ARE ACCOMPANIED BY ORIGINAL PURCHASE RECEIPT.

- EXCHANGES ARE MADE AT THE ORIGINAL SALE PRICE.

ALL EXCHANGES MUST BE POSTED BACK WITHIN 14 DAYS OF ORIGINAL DELIVERY DATE.

IF YOU WISH TO RETURN A FULL PRICED PRODUCT FOR AN EXCHANGE OR ONLINE CREDIT NOTE PLEASE CONTACT US VIA EMAIL AT: INFO@DOUBLERAINBOUU.COM  TO REQUEST RETURN INFORMATION. OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM WILL THEN ASSESS YOUR RETURN REQUEST AND IF APPROVED WILL CONFIRM YOUR RETURN REQUEST. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR ORIGINAL RECEIPT AND ORDER NUMBER WITH YOUR RETURN.

EXCHANGES ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND WE WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE IF YOUR DESIRED EXCHANGE IS UNAVAILABLE.

IF YOU WISH TO RETURN A FAULTY ITEM PLEASE CONTACT INFO@DOUBLERAINBOUU.COM TO RECEIVE A RETURN REQUEST FORM. WE WILL THEN CONFIRM YOUR EXCHANGE. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR ORIGINAL RECEIPT AND ORDER NUMBER WITH YOUR RETURN. FOR FAULTY RETURNS WE WILL ORGANISE A COURIER TO COLLECT YOUR ORDER, PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR ORIGINAL RECEIPT AS WELL AS YOUR ORDER NUMBER. ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR RETURN OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM WILL THEN ASSESS THE FAULTY ITEM. IF DEEMED FAULTY WE CAN OFFER AN EXCHANGE, STORE CREDIT OR REFUND.


TRANSACTION CANCELLATION

IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL AN ORDER PLEASE CONTACT INFO@DOUBLERAINBOUU.COM AND PROVIDE THE ORDER NUMBER EMAILED TO YOU AT TIME OF ORDER PLACEMENT AND REASON FOR CANCELLATION IMMEDIATELY. IN SOME CASES IT'S POSSIBLE THE ORDER MAY HAVE BEEN SHIPPED ALREADY, UNFORTUNATELY IN THIS CASE WE CANNOT CANCEL THE ORDER AND IT WILL NEED TO BE TREATED AS A RETURN OR EXCHANGE.
